PeakForecast ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Peak Dynamics ERP, LLC. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the PeakForecast mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and grower assignment when your Western Veg Pro administrator creates your account.
• Forecast Submissions: Daily harvest forecast quantities (initial, updated, and actual) per ranch and item, including the cooler destination and any notes you enter.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility.
• Usage Information: Login times and sync timestamps for diagnostics and audit purposes.

PeakForecast does not collect GPS location, photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Record and store harvest forecasts for Western Veg Pro and its growers
• Sync data between your device and the cloud account managed by Western Veg Pro
• Enable Western Veg Pro's operations team to plan cooler capacity and logistics
• Improve the Service and develop new features
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant cloud platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. The app stores forecast data locally on your device for offline access, which is synced to the cloud automatically when connectivity is available.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Western Veg Pro: Operations staff at Western Veg Pro can view your forecast submissions as part of normal business operations.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services (cloud hosting, push notifications) that may process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We retain your data for as long as your grower account remains active with PeakForecast. Forecast submissions are retained for a minimum of 7 years to support historical analysis and reporting. Upon account termination, data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of non-essential data collection

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
